The commercial interiors office project is located in the heart of Old City Philadelphia totaling just under 4,000 square feet.

Scope included 2 floors of conference rooms, private offices, zoom collaboration space, staff kitchenette, and a large general meeting space. KMC was included early in the preconstruction process for value engineering and constructability review.

Some of the challenges were the following; No laydown space outside of construction area, one entrance in and out of the building, construction in an active building with Tenants above. KMC provided Weekly Progress updates to the client to inform them of the work that had been completed and would be completed the following week so that all parties were engaged and informed.
